I accidentally deleted my_server.key and my_server.crt

Question

Hi I accidentally deleted the my_server.key and my_server.crt, I was wondering if there is a simple way to bring those files back?

I'm running a WordPress multisite with Lightsail Bitnami. I tried generating new self-signed SSL certificates, but it didn't work, and since deleting those files I can't access my website and Apache won't start again.

If I try to use bncert-tool I get "Warning: The web server configuration check failed. Please fix the configuration 
error: /bin/sh: 1: /opt/bitnami/apache/sbin/nginx: not found",

I didn't delete Nginx, and I believe it hasn't ever been installed even when the website was working.

Answer

If I follow the steps below to delete the certificate file settings listed in the configuration file and then run it, will it work?
