How to migrate all content from one AWS account to another?

Question

Due to a project we want to migrate all content from one AWS account to another. 
This is because a project was done and now the customer wants to have access to the resources we have deployed and we no longer have access to the account. Basically the idea is to give the account to the client.

I don't know if there is a solution or an optimal way to exchange the account.

In addition to the above, it may be easier to move the whole account to the other organization.
