Manual Snapshot of Aurora DB and copy to different region

HI team, I am working on creating DR strategy for our single AZ Aurora DB. We are planning to take manual snapshot of Aurora DB (postgres) and copy it to different region.

Let us know if you have any script/tool to perform the same.
