When you say IAM ID, aren't you referring to the AWS account?
In that case, it is not surprising that the displayed prices may be different.
The charges themselves vary depending on the AWS account depending on the services used.
Therefore, I think it's a good idea to check the bill for each AWS account and see how much costs are incurred for which AWS service.

Whether AWS account is root or IAM I know there are two things.

If your AWS account is not managed by AWS Organizations, you will be charged per account. If managed by AWS Organizations, billing for AWS accounts within Organizations will be billed to the root AWS account.
