New user of CodeCatalyst Preview - Unable to associate billing to my AWS account.

I have verified and connected my AWS account to CodeCatalyst.
Now when I try to connect to the account in the Billing page (Associate AWS account) I get this error:
"Unable to update subscription. Contact AWS Customer Support if the problem persists."
