To permanently close/delete a re:Post account, you can follow these steps:

Log in to your re:Post account. Go to your account settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Delete Account" button. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete your account. If you are sure, click on the "Delete Account" button again. Your account will be deleted permanently, and you will no longer have access to it. Please note that once you delete your account, all of your data, including your posts and messages, will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Also, any subscriptions or paid services associated with your account will be cancelled.

If you have any issues deleting your re:Post account, you can contact the re:Post support team for further assistance.

  • I don't see the "Delete Account" button under any of the tabs on the Settings page. Can you provide the link to re:Post support? I can only find AWS Support which is not available under Basic plan.

  • I have the same problem as Chernetskyi. I have a second re:Post account that was accidently created when logged into the AWS console for one of my other organization accounts. I need to delete that account so I can link the underlying AWS SSO account to this re:Post account. I am not able to find the "Delete Account" option on the settings page (or any other screen) nor am I able to find a way to contact re:Post Support to request account closure.
