Blue Age L3 Training - workspace is not appearing even though AWS Fleet & Stack URL is active

My workshop folder under d:\Photonuser\workshop folder is not appearing and all configuration are reset even though AWS Fleet & Stack is active. Currently I have to complete last section of training where i am stuck now because of mentioned issue - https://catalog.us-east-1.prod.workshops.aws/workshops/bf71c0bc-6d8a-4d04-9c10-ab479f7f0e37/en-US/go-live

FYI .. Fleet & Stack still active but created new streaming URL as expired using "BluAge-L3-Workshop-User" https://catalog.us-east-1.prod.workshops.aws/workshops/bf71c0bc-6d8a-4d04-9c10-ab479f7f0e37/en-US/environment/develop/connect#create-a-streaming-url
