I am unable to delete my AWS Amplify project

I created a project yesterday. When it was creating, it ran into an issue. I am now unable to delete it from the UI. A red error bar shows up with this text Delete app d3k3wcfvqsohdn failed with reason: ValidationException - An error occurred while processing your request: null

Please could you take a look and let me know how to delete this. Thanks
