My EC2 instance stuck on stopping state more than 10 minutes

I have an instance that is stuck in the stopping state more than 10 minutes. Instance ID: i-0e23c7d8101068aec. Already do Force stop but not successful.

Hi

When your Ec2 instance is Stuck or Still in pending for stopping etc, These issue may be with underlying hardware in the infrastructure.

Please look into the AWS Premium support link to debugg the issue, If you still need any help please let me know.
