Workdocs does not install

I can't install Workdocs Drive because there's always a message that there is already a newer version installed. I already performed the uninstall procedures, deactivating message queuing, updating the .NET Framework but even so the error always persists. Even on another user profile I have no success. Almost giving up on this solution. Isn't there any documentation more relevant than uninstalling and reinstalling the app??

We would need more details about your machine configuration to dive deeper, but between uninstalling and reinstalling have you restarted your machine? You can view the instructions here. If after following all the instructions you are still experiencing any issues I would open a ticket with support.
