Issue with Accents and Special Characters on Amazon AWS macOS Client

Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an issue I encountered while using Amazon AWS services on my macOS system.

As a user based in Brazil, I often conduct my work in Portuguese, which involves the frequent use of accents and special characters. However, upon utilizing the Amazon AWS client on my macOS, I encountered a significant inconvenience – none of the accents or special characters were functional within the interface.

Despite configuring my macOS system settings appropriately for the Portuguese (Brazil) language, I found myself unable to input accents or special characters while navigating the AWS client. This limitation hindered my productivity and created frustration during my workflow.

After thorough troubleshooting and research, I discovered that the functionality for inputting accents and special characters is only available through the AWS web client. While this solution addressed the immediate issue, it posed an inconvenience as it required me to switch between applications, disrupting my workflow and efficiency.

I believe that ensuring support for accents and special characters within the macOS client for Amazon AWS would greatly enhance the user experience for Portuguese-speaking users like myself. Seamless integration of language-specific functionalities would streamline workflows and contribute to a more productive environment.

I kindly request that the necessary steps be taken to address this issue, either through an update to the macOS client or by providing clearer guidance on utilizing language-specific functionalities within the existing platform.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact me if further clarification or assistance is required.
