Certification Account Issue : Multiple accounts

I have Scheduled a Professional Exam in October 2024 with my company provided voucher and companies email. I have 2 certifications from AWS. If I pass professional exam expiration date will be extended but these certifications I have personal email id. Now I if pass professional with Compan Email Id, will expiration extension works ?
