I am having AWS account but how can I know that this is amazon light sail server as I am using for myself.

Open the Lightsail console and check the instance list.
If you are hosting a website on Lightsail, you should be able to see the same IP address as your Lightsail instance by resolving the domain with the "nslookup" command.
