I am unable to install an SSL certificate on my lightsail WordPress instance

Hello Guys

I have been struggling to install an SSL certificate on my lightsail WP instance.

I am using this documentation: https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-using-lets-encrypt-certificates-with-wordpress

I am stuck on step 7: Create links to the Let’s Encrypt certificate files in the Apache server directory Not getting desired response for the following command sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh stop

I request you guys please have a look into this and help me to resolve this matter.
