Why is the save button in my amazon connect soft phone disabled?

The save button in my Amazon connect soft phone settings panel is disabled and I can't save my settings

If you are trying to choose Desk Phone mode, you must type a valid E.164 phone number for the SAVE button to appear. Like 12223334444
