Use Customerdisplay name in amazon connect contact flow

I am trying to built some logic using "customerDisplayName" which is used to pass customer name from the chat widget to my amazon connect contact flow. However, I am unable to find the attribute /variable in contact flow so that I can build some logic around it. How do I access this customer attribute in contact flow ?Any help is much appreciated.

customerDisplayName is not available as a contact attribute, but you can pass the same value to a user-defined contact flow attribute. See the following link in the admin guide for instructions on passing contact attributes: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/pass-contact-attributes-chat.html
