Cannot use the AWS cloudShell

While trying to use the cloudShell it keeps asking for account verification which I've already done during the first account setup. How can I fix this? d

Kindly follow the steps one by one and see you are able to move past the issue.

  • Try to access the cloudshell in different regions.
  • Check your are having AWSCloudShellFullAcccess policy.
  • Try to access in different browser and see if it works or not
  • If you are sure that your account is verified, Kindly try to create any AWS resources like EC2 instance., and see you are getting this error or not. If you are still getting error when creating a EC2 instance, then Kindly create a case with AWS support to check further.
