ec2 output by multiple balanced ip

Hi, I have a question that is bothering me. I need to create an output for some ec2 machines for 4 fixed IPs and with a balanced IPs fixed in the output.

EC2 (VM1,VM2, etc...) ----------> Fixed IPs (IP1,IP2,IP3,IP4)------->External Client World Balanced

Are you looking for something like this ? https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticloadbalancing/latest/network/load-balancer-target-groups.html#target-group-ip-address-type. When creating a new target group, you can select the IP address type of your target group
