Monitron gateway commissioning failed

When Adding a monitron gateway to my project i can see it on the web portal for a few seconds during commission then it disappears saying commissioning failed on my mobile app.

I have reset the gateway to factory multiple times.

The only consideration is that it might have been added to another project that was deleted in the past by a colleague.

Is there any logging to enable to help figure this issue out?
