No Answer Sandbox Request

Hello guys,

I am writing you since I have no answer regarding my "get out of sandbox" request since 2nd November.

I also already opened another support case, asking the question, why I get no answer.

I provided all the necessary Informations (as I got an immediate response at first which I also answered with all the needed information right away) and I want to quickly start my mail Marketing. So I wonder if it is normal to wait that long?! It is sait it takes 24 hours but now its already 5 days. :-( And I dont know why. Status is: customer action completed Case ID: xxxxxxxxx

Anyone got help?
