Backend mTLS with ACM imported certificate

There is a scenario where we will get provider CA signed certificate. We have to import it to ACM or any other suitable AWS service and achieve mTLS between AWS API gateway and backend application. Please suggest if there is a way to do this. Thank you.

This link is client to API gateway mTLS implementation. We are looking for API gateway to provider(backend) mTLS implementation. Please help us with the right documentation to do the same.
