Taking Onvue exam on personal computer

0

I am an Amazon employee and signed up for an AWS certification exam through my account linked to my Amazon email. However, OnVue recommends using a personal computer to take the exam.

I am unable to login to the AWS certification & training site on my personal computer to access my exam link as the login requires my Amazon key (which is only on my work computer). Am I missing something, or how can I access the exam to begin on my personal computer when the account I set up is my work email?

Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.

Oh no! You've fallen into the morass of "personal device meets corporate bureaucracy!"

Given that AWS certifications will potentially outlast your employment at any given company, it's recommended that you tie your certification account to a personal address. I forget; are you able to change your OnVue email address to your personal account instead, then go through there? If not you may get to open a helpdesk ticket internally via whatever that process looks like; I can only presume it involves much wailing and gnashing of teeth.
