Hello.
I think there is no problem in deleting it if you are not sending emails etc. with Amazon SES.
Before deleting the record, we recommend checking the Amazon SES console and CloudWatch metrics to see if any emails are being sent.
Please note that if the record set in Route53 is deleted, it will become unusable if it is used for sending emails.

Thanks for this information. We don't have it set up in either of those locations. A colleague told me that a new 3rd-party service sends email on our behalf and these entries are for that domain verification.
