Unable to stop ec2 instance

unable to stop ec2-instance id : i-0d78759cbe0110f81. while trying to stop force fully then getting the following message: An internal server error.

Please help me ASAP.

Have a look at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/TroubleshootingInstancesShuttingDown.html. Specficially under Delayed instance termination, you can raise a support ticket there.
