CPU Usage 100% on T3 one instance

Hi I am running one instance and CPU usage max out at 100% for this instance (T3 xlarge) How do I increase the CPU capacity on a flexible basis so that the app does not keep crashing? Many Thanks in advance

With a single EC2 instance for your application, it is not possible to upgrade/downgrade the instance type without stopping it. You can consider autoscaling group and a load balancer for HA, which will help you to balance the load among your EC2 instances.
