A Records on Route 53 is not working

Hi,

My domain kmalmgren.com is hosted thru route 53. I have a A record that is routing traffic to the public IP of the light sail instance that my domain is on.

When I do: dig kmalmgren.com A +short 13.48.163.20 13.49.211.236

Seems wrong since the ip that ends on 236 is the correct IP.

.20 is the old one (Deleted the light sail instance and created a new one)

How to solve this? Dig should only return one IP if I'm correct, which is the .236 one.

If I query whois for kmalmgren.com, I do not see it having been registered to any registrar. Can you confirm the domain name, and that the registration has not expired?
