Is there something going on with route53?

0

I purchased a domain via AWS and for some reason I cannot get the SOA (nor the NS) records from cloud flare (1.1.1.1), is there something up with route53?

For the record, this was working for me two weeks ago.

Hello.

Can NS record names be resolved using a DNS other than Cloud Flare?
For example, can I resolve the name using Google's "8.8.8.8"?
Also, check "whois" and other information to see if the NS records set in the DNS zone are correct.

  • Did all of that and used AWS's checking utility, which said everything was fine. It is not!

Ensure you update the glue records in your domain for the route53 public zone. The NS records need to match.
