Please note that there is no ETA (estimated time) on how long the duration for the setup can take, as it can depend on multiple factors e.g. the instance class of your DB instance, and internet connectivity. In your case, since you mentioned that you creating a basic set-up with default settings, I would recommend that you test on your side to get the estimated time.
