Hi THere
In Workspaces, there is an option to allow/disallow access from certain operating systems. It sounds like the one you are using is not authorized.
See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workspaces/latest/adminguide/web-access.html for changing Web Access configuration. Here is a screenshot from the console of the different OS platforms that you can choose
Also, please ensure you are meeting the requirements for the web client. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workspaces/latest/adminguide/web-access.html

Within the directory associated with your WorkSpaces environment, edit the Other platforms section, enable Web Access
