Cannot register via Web Access

Question

Hi,

I try to access the workspace via Web Access:

https://eu-west-1.webclient.amazonworkspaces.com/registration

After inputting the registration code, I get the following error:

This OS/platform is not authorized to access your WorkSpace.

How to solve this issue?

In Workspaces, there is an option to allow/disallow access from certain operating systems.  It sounds like the one you are using is not authorized.

See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workspaces/latest/adminguide/web-access.html for changing Web Access configuration.  Here is a screenshot from the console of the different OS platforms that you can choose

Within the directory associated with your WorkSpaces environment, edit the **Other platforms** section, enable **Web Access**
