I'm still being billed for a Route 53 domain I discontinued

0

Hi,

I had a portfolio site hosted on Route 53 for a couple of years. I terminated the domain a few months ago, but I still get billed every month like clockwork.

The bill says it's for a "hosted domain," but I've checked Route 53 and it says I don't have a hosted domain.

Any idea what gives or what I should do about it?

Thanks

Hello.

Looking at this price list, I thought that if there was no hosted zone, there would be no charge.
Are you sure there are no hosted zones left?

If you have a billing issue, I recommend opening a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.
