How do we access the dev blog in the release notes link?

Question

What is needed to access the dev blog linked on the [Release Notes Page](http://docs.aws.amazon.com/lumberyard/latest/releasenotes/lumberyard-v1.7.html)? Whenever I click [https://aws-blogs-prod.amazon.com/gamedev/](https://aws-blogs-prod.amazon.com/gamedev/) on that page I get the following error.

aws-blogs-prod.amazon.com refused to connect.
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
```
