Control Tower Setup - Audit SNS email subscription

Hi.

Few days ago, I deployed Control Tower, and as part of this setup, a sns email subscription was sent to audit email account, but in that moment I didn't have access to the mailbox, so now I tried to open the url, but this failed. I understand the url is valid for only 48 hours. So, please could you say me if there is a method to enable sns email subscription again from control tower?.

Hello.

Is it possible to sign in to an Audit account?
I think that if I could sign in, I would be able to add my email address back to the SNS topic subscription.
