Contact AWS Billing Support: Explain your situation. Head to the AWS Support Center https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/ and create a case under "Account and Billing" to explain you're a student learning AWS with a free tier account and accidentally incurred charges.

For Learning Purpose go through 1. AWS Skill Builder , 2. AWS Educate, 2. AWS Reskill.

Hello.

If you have already opened an AWS account and have been charged unexpected charges, you can file a dispute with AWS Support.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/checklistforunwantedcharges.html

For questions about your AWS bills or to appeal your charges, contact AWS Support to address your inquiries immediately. To get help, see Getting help with AWS Billing. To understand your bills page contents, see Using the Bills page to understand your monthly charges and invoice.

Therefore, I recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" and inquire.
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html

If you are a student, you may be able to use AWS Educate.
https://aws.amazon.com/education/awseducate/?nc1=h_ls

If students are learning about AWS, I think they can use it for free.
https://www.awseducate.com/registration/s/learner-faqs?language=en_US

Are all your courses free? Is there a paid component?
All our courses are absolutely free, including access to labs, badges, job board and various other features of our platform.
