Duplicate emails and spam

Good night.
I would like a help to identify 2 problems in the workmail please.
The first is that incoming emails arrive in the duplicate inbox.
How can I solve?

The second is that some recipients complain that the emails I send arrive as spam to them.
How can I fix this?

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with duplicate emails and false positives on your outgoing mail. I checked your account and both can easily be resolved.

For the duplicate emails, it seems you have 2 Workmail actions configured in your SES Inbound rules. You can remove the one starting with "new-" as this one is for only 1 email address not the entire organization.

For the false positives for outgoing mail, your SPF record is still configured for Google. This means the SPF record states that WorkMail is not allowed to send from your domain and recipient use that to mark your mail as spam. Check your domain in the Domains page in the WorkMail console for the correct domain values.

After correcting these problems, you should no longer receive duplicate email and your email is no longer seen as spam.
