Converting a non-CDB to a CDB leads to the state "Upgrading"

Converting a non-CDB to a CDB leads to the state "Upgrading". I have created a parameter and option group and start the migration to CDB. Now, the database is in the state "Upgrading" (now, for at least 3 hours).

Issue: The free storage capacity for DB Instance: <...>-db-oracle is low at 8% of the provisioned storage [Provisioned Storage: 116.95 GB, Free Storage: 9.72 GB]. You may want to increase the provisioned storage to address this issue.

I do not know how i can handle this problem ...

Hello

I understand the migration from non-CDB to a CDB took longer and as this is a an older post , i am assuming this is resolved .

And for the following storage message which is a notification , the rds storage has event RDS-EVENT-0222.

Issue: The free storage capacity for DB Instance: <...>-db-oracle is low at 8% of the provisioned storage [Provisioned Storage: 116.95 GB, Free Storage: 9.72 GB]. You may want to increase the provisioned storage to address this issue.

As documented .To stop the alert, you will need to set the maximum storage threshold to at least 26% more than the allocated storage.

For example, if you have DB instance with 1000 GiB of allocated storage, then set the maximum storage threshold to at least 1100 GiB. If you don't, you get an error such as Invalid max storage size for engine_name. However, we recommend that you set the maximum storage threshold to at least 1260 GiB to avoid the event notification.

RDS Storage size is approaching the maximum storage threshold
