Could not find [..dependency gems] in any of the sources on Ruby 2.6 running on 64bit Amazon Linux 2/3.4.4

Hi, I want to upgrade Elastic Beantalk platforms from Ruby 2.6 running on 64bit Amazon Linux 2/3.4.2 to Ruby 2.6 running on 64bit Amazon Linux 2/3.4.4.

Everything is ok. But when I try to run RAILS_ENV=production rails console, it will show error Could not find [... dependency gems] in any of the sources, but those dependency gems are in the group of developments or tests, it shouldn't need to install those gems when environment is production. I also try to run RACK_ENV=production rails console, and it is same error.

This error only happens on Ruby 2.6 running on 64bit Amazon Linux 2/3.4.4.

Ruby 2.6 running on 64bit Amazon Linux 2/3.4.2 is safe.

Dose anyone meet same question?
