503 error in our database

Hey There, Our aws account was suspended and our services were paused, But after the verification was successful we restarted our services EC2 (t2.medium) and Elastic Cloud Computing. But still our database is not opening in browser, It is showing 503 service is unavailable. We want to know what caused the issue, Our database was working great before the suspension but after restarting again after verification, It shows error Can anyone help?

A 503 error is generated by the web server running on your EC2 instance. You'll need to look at the logs on your instance to determine why requests are failing. That you're getting a 503 error means that the instance is running; the web server is running; but there is an error when it is trying to return the page to the browser.
