Hello.
You should be able to sign in for 90 days after closeing your AWS account.
https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/close-aws-account
You can still sign in and file an AWS Support case, or contact Support for 90 days.
Please try restoring your MFA device using the steps in the document below.
I think you will be able to sign in if you can restore it.
