The AWS Pricing Calculator (https://calculator.aws) might suit your needs - it allows you to create a cost estimate for the services you'll be using.

Hi,
I would also like to add on top of the previous answer - please feel free to reach out to your account manager (if you have a support plan) - they can assign a Solutions Architect to your migration project. Having a solutions architect on the project along your side would help you to ensure that the best and cost effective resources are used and it is well architected in AWS - Hope this helps - Cheers
