I used to login to my AWS Training and Certification account with my Amazon login that required a phone number. Now, I cannot login with Amazon anymore as it requires an email address with a Builder ID. I have no way to access my past certificates and I need that to get my discount voucher and use it for my next exam I want to schedule. I can't afford to lose access to my certificates nor am I willing to pay for my exam without that discount voucher. I tried contacting Training and Certification support and they suggested that I merge my account, with a new one that I have already created with a Builder ID. However, they need email address of my original account which I don't have, since I used to login with my Amazon login using a phone number.
