我有个控制成本的需求，想给自己账号设置一个limitation。比如，每天预算是10美金，每天不管网站访问量增加到多少，自动扩展也不会超出10美金的预算上限。 我查看了Cloudwatch，但我认为这是事后监控指标，我想事前就避免扩展。 请问这个场景应该怎么实现呢？

您已经用autoscaling了吗？autoscaling可以限制最大容量。
