Billing: Access Denied

Hello!

When we try to access anything billing-related we get "Access Denied". We have asked our AWS admin to provide access and they have done everything they know to do but still nothing. There could be an easy explanation/solution but we don't know what it is. Can anyone help??

Hello.

By default, IAM users cannot view billing information even if billing-related IAM policies allow it.
Therefore, you need to activate it so that even IAM users can view billing information by following the steps in "Grant the IAM entity permission to access the Billing and Cost Management console" described in the document below.
