Issue with the PSI proctoring session for my AWS Practitioner exam

Hi,

I have a AWS Practitioner exam scheduled for 11th July at 11 AM IST.

I have it through PSI proctored session. I checked the system requirements and everything looks fine. But when I downloaded the PSI Secure Browser and ran the checks, it passed the first step and later it gave me the below error - The proctoring session has been completed for this exam, please contact PSI support for more information.

I am not sure whether this is how it should be or there is some issue at my end. Raising this issue now so that if I face any issue tomorrow with the proctored exam, I can get a refund or a I can reschedule the exam to a later date after getting this issue resolved.

The question was not answered neither here or in the PSI support page.

But the exam went well and I passed. So the issue mentioned above was not an hinderance. But need better communication from PSI or AWS on the examination status. What I received was just a popup that I have passed. Nothing has been updated so far on the PSI certification list page. They had told that I will get a detailed email in 5 days but still some communication immediately over an email or an update on the certification dashboard is good. As AWS, please pass this feedback to PSI.
