AWS keeps signing me out. I am not able to remove the elastic IP

I'm unable to click anything on your website since it keeps signing me out. I've tried clearing cash and cookie, different browsers nothing worked. I simply cannot release the IP. I tried every possible thing but it keeps on signing me out.

Does this mean that it is not possible to sign in as the root user?

By the way, have you tried connecting not only with a browser but also with another PC or from another network?
