Brand new mturk worker is getting the runaround from Amazon

I am a brand new mturk worker. As soon as I started the completion of registering for it, it first said my cell phone was already registered with Amazon. I went back and tried this again (by this time, I tried this numerous times) and then it said my email/password login credentials were incorrect. Who should I talk to about this?

Can't log in with my registered account on amazon.com?
In other words, you would be able to log in with the account with which you normally shop at Amazon.

    If the email address on the account is correct, try changing the password.
