Performance Insights Counter Metrics and Database Load graphs not visible.

Hello,

We have an db.t3.large RDS instance running Postgres 11.4. We have enabled performance insights but when we go to view the page for our database, we only see the bar chart at the bottom of the page. Where the Counter Metrics and Database Load graphs should be visible, we only see a spinner that never loads the graphs.

I have tried disabling and enabling performance insights on the database without success.

Anyone else see this issue or have any ideas?

There was an issue like this but it should be fixed now. It occurred when unselecting all the counter metrics. Workaround is to click 24h or 1 week time frame button, exit Performance Insight dashboard and then come back in.
