Why I can't transfer my domain to another aws account by using Route 53?
My customer have 2 aws account,and my customer want transfer domain from account-A to account-B(this domain was purchased it at Route 53),and I sure the domain didbn't set "Transfer lock"。
when I input the antoher aws account id,and prepare transfer,I get error ---> "The domain is not transferable at this time"

I ask AWS SA,and I get the answer,new register domain need wat the "Domain Status Code" == "ok" and no more Status Code。 So we just need wait more time。 Here is more details:https://dev.to/mavr/amazon-route-53-transfer-domain-and-trouble-shooting-2if0
