Recommended way to interact with Aurora Serverless v2 without public access

Aurora Serverless V2 doesn't yet support the built in SQL editor. I cannot connect to it from PGadmin or other IDEs. how do I run my DDL's against it? when I first need to create schemas and tables?

I'm using postgres flavour of this.

You can create a bastion host (EC2 in same VPC as Aurora Serverless v2) and use SSH tunneling in PgAdmin or any other client tool for connection and running queries.

You can also create a client vpn then you are able to use PgAdmin or other tools to access the RDS instance over the VPN.
