S3 Console Showing Error Instead of Bucket List

The S3 console is currently showing an error instead of the expected list of buckets. I have logged in as a user with AdministratorAccess and as the root user for the account. In both instances the table which should be showing the list of buckets is rendering "Unknown Error; An unexpected error occurred". I do not see any health status alerts. Are others affected by this currently?

S3 service seems fine. I would suggest to clear cache, cookies and re-logon to the console.

Are you able to list buckets using cloudshell on top right corner by running aws s3 ls?
