How can I remove Free Tier Cloud Watch service?

I understand that it is not incurring any charges as of yet. But I do not want to have CloudWatch at all under my billing console. How can I remove the metric altogether as I do not use it at all?

Which CloudWatch service do you use?
In the case of alarms and logs, deleting them will no longer incur charges.
If you are using metrics, you will not be charged if you do not send data.
